I will generally work on commissions in the order they're paid for, though sketches may get done while working on digital pieces. You must pay IN ADVANCE. I am not very good at inorganics (robots, non-living things). I am willing to draw inorganics but be aware this is not my strength. I will NOT draw porn! By commissioning me you are giving me permission to display the image and any derivative thereof on my site. I will give credit to you for the character concept, and provide a link back to you if you so desire. You may use the final image however you see fit, but you MUST give credit to me and link back to either my domain (coloden.com), my deviant art account (kwsapphire.deviantart.com), or my livejournal (kwsapphire.livejournal.com) - NO EXCEPTIONS. You may use the image or part of the image to create userpics, banners or signatures - credit is appreciated.

1/12/08 Removed estimated time to completion from Terms & Conditions section. I cannot give an accurate estimation because I never know when real life is going to get in the way, nor for how long. I will complete each commission in as timely a manner as possible. Generally I will not ask for payment until I am ready to start a commission, but if you pay before I start the commission, and then decide you don't want to wait anymore, I will refund your money.
